In Stuttgart, a complete inspection line operates on a single conveyor.
Pour VISION 2026, Psycle s'est associé à EFFILUX et CCS Inc. pour montrer ce que donne une chaîne de contrôle quand chaque poste est pensé à partir de l'image.
There are four consecutive inspection stations:
› Dimensional measurement using backlighting
› Fill level inspection using SWIR
› Appearance and color inspection
› QR code and Data Matrix reading
EFFILUX and CCS lighting systems prepare the image. Psycle integrates the vision systems, which use the image to make a quality control decision, part by part, at the conveyor's pace.
At each station, you can see the direct effect of lighting on detection quality. Good detection always starts with a good image.
